Shipping Charges and Policies
In 48 Contiguous States:
$9.95 flat rate charge per order. Packages will be sent by UPS,priority mail or first-class mail at the company's discretion based on weight and value. All packages are insured. Premium services such as UPS next day or second day shipments will be billed at actual charges plus the $9.95 flat rate fee.
Alaska and Hawaii:
All packages will be sent by priority mail insured. Actual charges plus the $8.50 flat rate charge will be billed at time of shipment. We can also ship UPS next day and 2nd day service at additional charges.
Canada:
Canadian Shipping is $31.95 and is subject to certain limitations described below.
Method:
All Canadian orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, International Flat Rate.
Time:
Most Canadian orders are shipped within 1 business day after the payment for your order is received. Orders that do not meet the limitations described below, will delay shipping.
Limitations:
Canadian orders are shipped in a Flat Rate Envelope. A box is placed inside this envelope and the maximum dimensions of the box are 9 x 6 x 2 inches. Also, the entire package cannot weigh more than 4 pounds. If your order is too large for a single box, We will contact you to see if you would like to pay for an additional package. Additional packages are $24.95 each.
Insurance:
Insurance is available for Canadian orders and can be purchased by stating in the comment section during checkout, we will email with additional costs. The Berea Hardwoods Co. Inc. assumes no liability for orders after they have been mailed.
We can also ship UPS service at additional charges.
Duties/Tarrifs/Fees/Etc
All duties, tarrifs, and any other fees imposed by the local government and/or postal system are the sole responsibility of the buyer.If you are in Europe you may order from our distributor at:

Foreign (non-Canadian) Shipping is $42.95 and is subject to certain limitations described below.

Insurance is available for Foreign (non-Canadian) orders and maybe limited by some countries, Insurance can be purchased by stating in the comment section during checkout, we will email with additional costs or if no insurance is available for that specific country. Berea Hardwoods Co. Inc. assumes no liability for orders after they have been mailed.
We can also ship UPS service at additional charges.

Credit card and check information will not be run on the internet after they are accepted. You are only asked for personal information at the time of purchase to ensure proper billing and shipping. We do not engage in the selling, sharing or making known of any client information. When you purchase from us, your privacy is completely protected.
Return Policy
We, at The Berea Hardwoods Co. Inc., take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. To return a product, you must first call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-736-5487 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box or envelope. Ship the product back to us and we will process your return promptly. Do not return any item to us without authorization. Unless the product being returned is defective or is not the item you ordered, you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred when returning any product. All items accepted for return must include all original instructions and packaging. Pen and project components will not be accepted for return unless originally purchased as components. Items that have been abused or modified from their original condition may not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
